Nrf2, TLR4, and HMGB1 protein levels in each group, detected by western blotting. a-b Nrf2 protein levels in the model group are decreased, while HMGB1 and TLR4 are increased, compared to that in the control group. Nrf2 overexpression group shows increased Nrf2 protein levels and decreased HMGB1 and TLR4, compared to that in the model group. Nrf2 levels are negatively correlated with those of HMGB1 and TLR4.
