Overexpression of miR-27a-3p modulates the expression of genes in the TGF-β pathway in FLS. FLS were transfected with miR-27a-3p mimic or miR-NC and cultured with or without pooled JIA synovial fluid (SF). Gene expression was quantified by qPCR array and the data were normalized to three reference genes as described in Methods.
