The direct and cumulative transition rates during the total follow-up time to an adult clinic in the prospectively followed Nordic Juvenile Idiopathic study cohort. The white squares show the percentage of patients who were directly transferred to an adult site in each country, and the black squares show the cumulative transition rate to an adult site during the study’s 18-years follow-up period.
