  2. Glucocorticoid dosages were graded as high (prednisolone (PSL) ≥ 0.5 mg/kg/day or equivalent), medium (PSL ≥0.2 but < 0.5 mg/kg/day or equivalent) and low (PSL < 0.2 mg/kg/day or equivalent)
