PRICE (protect, rest, ice, compression, elevation)

2. Optimize range of motion

Active and passive exercises

3. Optimize strength

Isometric, isotonic exercises

4. Optimize proprioception

Balance, patellar tracking exercises

5. Functional and sport specific skills

Running, jumping, pivoting etc.

6. Return to usual activities or sport
