  2. To evaluate clinical disease activity we used a PGA scoring system based on fever, presence of pain and/or functional impairment, increase of inflammatory markers and physician VAS scale. Total score: 0 = inactive, 1 = minimal, 2 = mild, 3 = moderate and 4 = severe
