Markers Associated with Disease Activity Using Cutoff level of SLEDAI 12 (active v.s. inactive). Almost all the markers (b, c, d, e) except ADAMTS13 (f) and Ang-1 (a) are higher in pSLE patients compared to healthy controls. Serum Tie2 (c), VEGF(d), and Thrombomodulin (e) are correlated with high disease activity in pSLE; Whereas, serum levels of ADAMTS13 (F) is significantly lower in active pSLE patients compared to inactive pSLE. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001
