CTP selection by study site. The CTPs selected for the study patients at each study site are shown. Each of the 10 participating CARRA sites is indicated by a different number following the letter “S” (S1-S10). The columns show the number of patients enrolled into each CTP at each site. At 5 sites, all of the study patients at the site were treated with the same CTP, while at four sites two CTPs were used. Only one site (S8) used all three CTPs for treating study patients. CTP: Consensus Treatment Plan; MTX: methotrexate; IV CS: intravenous corticosteroid (methylprednisolone); oral CS: oral corticosteroid (prednisone or prednisolone)
