  1. Growth delay: a decrease of 1.0 or more in height Z-score relative to the z-score of that child at enrolment. Short stature: a height below the 2.5th percentile for age and sex. Excessive weight gain: an increase of 1.0 or more in BMI Z-score relative to the z-score of that child at enrolment. Obesity: a BMI above the 95th percentile for age and sex
